Overview
My Profile is where you manage your own CXF user account: your name, avatar, contact details, timezone, and the profiles assigned to you. It’s also where you change your password. It shows your roles and account status, and lets you edit your personal information.Where to find it

| Profiles | reference | The profiles assigned to your user. |
Roles & status
Your profile displays the roles assigned to your user (for example Super Admin or Journey Manager) and an indicator showing your account is active. Roles are assigned by an administrator, not from this page.Changing your password
Open Change Password from your profile, enter and confirm a new password, and save. A new password must meet every rule below:- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
Governance & permissions
Every user can view and edit their own My Profile and change their own password. Role assignment is managed by an administrator.Related
